Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") governs your use of Maili, an iPhone-first AI executive assistant, together with our related apps, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Mylo Prime LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Maili", "we", "us", "our"), located in Bountiful, UT 84010.
This Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms that are not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to follow this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Maili, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are using the Service in a manner permitted by applicable law and by this Policy.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including all content you create, all data you connect, and every action you confirm. Keep your device, your Apple Account, and any connected accounts secure.
2. How Maili works, and what that means for you
Maili operates on a core principle that shapes everything below: Maili proposes; you approve. Maili drafts and proposes outward actions (emails, texts, calls, calendar invites, payments) and never sends, transmits, schedules, or pays without your explicit, per-action confirmation.
Because Maili acts only when you confirm, you are responsible for the outward actions you approve. When you confirm a draft, you are choosing to send that message, schedule that event, place that call, or authorize that payment. Maili will not do these things on its own, so the decision — and the responsibility for it — is yours.
To provide its features, Maili accesses certain information with your consent, which may include your Gmail (through Google OAuth restricted scopes), calendar, contacts, precise location, microphone, and camera. Some of this is processed on your device, and some of your content is transmitted to xAI (the maker of Grok) for AI processing as a sub-processor. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy. You agree to use these features, and the data they touch, only as permitted by this Policy and applicable law.
3. Prohibited conduct
You agree that you will not, and will not allow anyone else to, do any of the following when using the Service.
3.1 No illegal use
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to plan, carry out, promote, or facilitate any illegal activity.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or the rights of any other person or organization.
- Use the Service in violation of any sanctions, export controls, or similar trade restrictions.
3.2 No unauthorized access to accounts or data
- Use Maili to access, connect, read, or act on any email account, calendar, contacts, files, or other accounts or data that you do not own or are not authorized to access.
- Connect another person's accounts, or use someone else's credentials, without their clear permission and the legal right to do so.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, or data, whether ours or anyone else's.
3.3 No scraping or harvesting of others' personal data
- Use the Service to scrape, harvest, collect, compile, or extract the personal data of other people, whether by automated means or otherwise.
- Build or enrich databases, contact lists, or profiles of individuals from data you obtain through the Service without a lawful basis and the individuals' rights respected.
3.4 No unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
- Use Maili's AI features to generate, request, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or that incites violence.
- Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexually exploits or endangers anyone.
- Create malware, phishing material, fraudulent schemes, or content designed to deceive, defraud, or impersonate a real person or organization.
- Generate content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
3.5 No reverse engineering, circumvention, or interference
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models, or underlying technology of the Service, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits.
- Circumvent, disable, or defeat any security, authentication, rate-limiting, usage-metering, or access-control feature of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its networks — including by introducing viruses or malicious code, overloading the system, or probing for vulnerabilities (other than through a good-faith report; see Section 5).
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service in a way that is not expressly permitted, or use the Service to develop a competing product or model.
3.6 No relying on AI output as professional advice for others
- Do not use Maili's AI output as professional legal, financial, tax, or medical advice for any third party.
- Maili's AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship. You must independently verify AI output before relying on it, and you must not present it to others as professional advice. See the AI disclaimer in our Terms of Service.
3.7 No spam or abuse through the draft features
- Do not use Maili's drafting and proposal features to create or confirm spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or mass communications that violate anti-spam laws (such as the CAN-SPAM Act or similar rules).
- Do not use the draft-and-confirm flow to harass, deceive, or impersonate others, or to send communications you are not authorized to send.
- Remember that when you confirm a drafted message, you are the sender and are responsible for complying with all laws governing that communication.
4. Connected services and third-party rules
When you connect third-party services to Maili, you must also follow their rules, and our use of the data they provide is bound by their terms:
- Google. Our access to and handling of your Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You must not use the Service to handle Google data in any way those rules prohibit.
- xAI (Grok). Content you send for AI processing is handled by xAI as a sub-processor under its terms. You must not submit content for AI processing that you are not permitted to share.
- Apple. Consumer subscriptions are sold and billed through Apple In-App Purchase, and your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable terms.
- Stripe. Enterprise and web invoicing is handled through Stripe, subject to its terms.
5. Reporting abuse and vulnerabilities
If you believe someone is using the Service in violation of this Policy, or if you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to us at support@maili.ai. You can also reach the operating entity at support@myloprime.com. Please include enough detail for us to understand and investigate the issue. We appreciate good-faith reports and will not pursue action against researchers who report vulnerabilities responsibly and do not access or harm others' data.
6. Consequences of violating this Policy
We may take any action we consider appropriate if you violate this Policy, if your use of the Service creates legal risk or harm to us or others, or if we are required to act by law. Depending on the circumstances, those actions may include:
- issuing a warning or asking you to stop the conduct;
- removing or disabling content or connected accounts;
- limiting, suspending, or restricting your access to all or part of the Service;
- terminating your account and your right to use the Service; and
- reporting conduct to, and cooperating with, law enforcement or other authorities where appropriate.
Where practical and lawful, we will try to give notice before taking action, but we may act immediately when we believe the violation is serious, ongoing, or poses a risk to people, data, or the Service. We are not responsible for any loss you experience as a result of action we take under this Policy. Termination and suspension are also addressed in our Terms of Service, and your subscription and billing remain subject to our Subscription Terms.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
8. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, as further described in our Terms of Service.
