Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → Maili → Cancel. You keep access through the end of the paid period.
How do I get a refund?
Subscriptions purchased in the app are billed by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Refund Policy.
Is my email and calendar data safe?
Yes — much of Maili's work is on-device, your data is never sold, and it's not used to train AI. Details on our Security page.
